We supply plants by mail order all year round, and we ship Monday-Thursday every week by courier. We accept payment by credit card using WorldPay, or by paypal, or by credit card over the phone (please see our order line times).
 If a plant should be out of stock, then we will contact you to offer a substitute or refund, but we try to keep the website as updated as possible.

WE TRY TO SHIP YOUR PLANTS WITHIN 3 DAYS, BUT PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME IN BUSY PERIODS (we do not ship over the weekends, so any plants ordered after 8am Thursday-9pm Sunday will be shipped on the Monday)

Shipping costs: We have a basic shipping rate of £9.99 and in brackets  at the right hand side of each plant name you will see a shipping code - this determines how much extra shipping each plant will cost, and follows the rates shown to the right:


For example:
10Litre  pot, 6ft specimens £49.99 (B)  
       This plant is shipping code B would cost an extra £3.99 to ship so shipping total would be : £9.99+ £3.99

If you are thinking about ordering more than 15 large plants, then a dedicated vehicle running from our nursery directly to your door may be the cheaper option and is dependant on your postcode (min charge is £49.99) ; please email silktree@hotmail.co.uk  for a quote.
